CONTRARY TO LAW PROVISIONS. 1. Consistent with O.R.C. Chapter 4117, the express written terms of this agreement govern the wages, hours, and terms of other conditions of employment and prevail over any conflicting state law. If any provision of this agreement is invalidated by court ruling or subsequent change in the law, the parties shall, upon timely written request of the other, negotiate in good faith regarding any necessary change in this agreement. All other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

CONTRARY TO LAW PROVISIONS. Issues resolved in this Agreement were arrived at in good faith and with the understanding of both parties that all provisions are in keeping with stated statutes of the State of Ohio. If it is determined by a court of law with jurisdiction to this school district or an act of the legislature that all or part of any provision is contrary to law, that part shall be deemed null and void to the extent prohibited with the rest of the Agreement remaining in effect.
