Contractor’s Staffing Requirements. 1. Conduct and Safety Requirements When providing services to the inmate population or in a correctional setting, the Contractor’s staff shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in Chapter 33-208, Florida Administrative Code, and as prescribed in the Department’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, employee uniform and clothing requirements (as applicable), security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Department. By execution of this Contract, the Contractor acknowledges and accepts, for itself and any of its agents, that all or some of the services to be provided under this Contract shall be provided in a correctional setting with direct and/or indirect contact with the inmate population and that there are inherent risks associated therewith. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all staff adheres to the following requirements:
