Credentialing Requirements definition

Credentialing Requirements means requirements of payor with which the Network contracts that a Participating Provider must meet and comply with.

  • Provider Entities and Employed Professionals which do not meet the Credentialing Requirements are not Participating Providers under this Agreement.

  • Upon request and at no cost to Oscar, Provider and Employed Professionals shall provide Oscar, or its designee, all information necessary to ensure compliance with the Credentialing Requirements.

Related to Credentialing Requirements

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
