Operating Requirements definition

Operating Requirements means the operating requirements determined by the Registrar pursuant to section 22 of the ECNL in the Active Jurisdiction (as amended from time to time).

Operating Requirements means any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to inclusion in the Public Utility’s “Facility Connection (Interconnection) Requirements for Distribution Systems (34.5 kV and below),” incorporated by reference due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Public Utility's requirements, including those set forth in the Attachment 5 to this Interconnection Agreement.
