Contract Price and Terms of Payment. 3.1. The Price of the Goods to be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Supplier, including taxes, fees and all other related costs, excluding VAT is EUR 6 150.00 (six thousand one hundred fifty EUR 00 cents), hereinafter the Contract Price.
