CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD. The ordering period of HCaTS SB is from the date of the Notice-To- Proceed through five years thereafter, with one five-year option period in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 and one six-month option period in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, for a total of 10.5 years. After the HCaTS SB ordering period expires, HCaTS SB will remain an active contract vehicle until the final task order is closed-out and shall govern the terms and conditions with respect to active task orders to the same extent as if it were completed during the HCaTS SB ordering period.

Access is provided through the Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS) interface and the Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG) interface. Customer record information includes customer specific information in XXXX and RSAG. TelSouth shall provide to BellSouth access to customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. TelSouth shall Version R1Q03; 03/04/03 provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, TelSouth shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day.
