Continuing Authority Oversight. The Authority shall be responsible for monitoring the Concessionaire’s compliance with the Operating Standards to be established for the operations and maintenance of the Parking Garage System. In connection therewith, (i) the Authority shall be entitled to engage in discussions and consultations with the Operator with respect to the operations and maintenance of the Parking Garage System, (ii) appropriate employees of the Authority will be invited to participate in monthly conference calls with the Concessionaire’s management team, (iii) the Authority shall have the right to call periodic meetings with the Concessionaire to discuss the operation and maintenance of the Parking Garage System, and (iv) the Concessionaire shall prepare periodic reports, the scope and content of which shall be mutually agreed, to the Authority regarding the safety, security, operations, and maintenance of the Parking Garage System.
