Authority of Contractor. The Contractor shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever except to the extent specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the Company.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor is, and at all times during the term of this Contract shall be, an independent contractor in the performance of its duties and obligations under this Contract. Contractor shall have no authority to bind or otherwise obligate Owner, orally, in writing or by any acts, unless specifically authorized by Owner in writing. Nothing contained in this Contract shall constitute or be deemed or construed to create a partnership or joint venture, or any agency relationship, between Owner and Contractor.
Authority of Contractor. The Contractor hereby represents and warrants to the City that the Contractor has the right, power, legal capacity, and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Contract, and its execution of this Contract has been duly authorized.
Authority of Contractor. It is understood that Contractor is to provide information, research, advice, recommendations, and consultation services to the County. Contractor shall possess no authority with respect to any County decision. The County is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Contractor.
Authority of Contractor. It is understood that Provider is to provide information, research, advice, recommendations, and consultation services to the County. Provider shall possess no authority with respect to any County decision. The County is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Provider.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor shall report weekly its performance of the Services on Exhibit A and shall report such performance to the University’s representative identified thereon, or any other University-appointed representative as may be indicated in writing by University during the term of the Agreement. Exhibit A is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. In connection with and while performing the Services hereunder, Contractor shall abide by and respect University’s rules, policies, procedures and standards.
Authority of Contractor. LORAL ORION hereby engages SKYNET on the terms and conditions set forth herein as an independent contractor. SKYNET and LORAL ORION hereby acknowledge and agree that SKYNET is engaged solely as an independent contractor and that SKYNET shall have authority to bind LORAL ORION and to execute contracts or other documents in the name of, or on behalf of, LORAL ORION in connection with the Services provided hereunder, provided that, such authority shall be exercisable by SKYNET only in the United States.
Authority of Contractor. Notwithstanding any agreement herein to the contrary, in carrying out duties under this Agreement, Contractor is acting solely under its authority as agent of Participant who is exclusively liable to provide the services set forth herein. Contractor is not liable to PUGET SOUND HEALTH PARTNERS for failure to provide such services.
Authority of Contractor. It is understood that Contractor is to provide information, research, advice, recommendations, and consultation services to SBFCA. Contractor shall possess no authority with respect to any SBFCA decision. SBFCA is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Contractor.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor will be solely responsible for performance of its contractual obligations to CSC. This Agreement shall in no way be construed to mean or suggest that Contractor has assigned the CSC Contract to Manager.
