Construction Safety Act. 1.1.5. UL
Construction Safety Act. Federal and State agencies responsible for the implementation of the Construction Safety Act require that enforcement of its provisions apply to our workers, suppliers, and customers alike. Under this Act, the responsibility of the Builder is so broad and the provisions for penalty to offenders so severe, that we have no alternative but to exercise control over access to our construction area at all times. We would like you to know that you may inspect your home under construction between the hours of 8 A/M. and 12:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. In order to visit the construction site, you must first contact the sales office personnel and make an appointment to view the home in the company of one of our site agents. Please Note: due to installation of carpet, vinyl, and other final items, no inspections can be made during the 2 weeks prior to Home Orientation. Children are NOT allowed in the construction area at any time for obvious reasons. At times other than those hours indicated above, access to the construction area is prohibited. Violators risk personal injury and will be directed to leave the area promptly. Homes under construction are the private property of the Builder and persons not abiding by these rules will be treated as trespassers. This policy has been instituted for your protection as well as our own. All visitors to the construction site are doing so at their own risk and individuals in the construction area without being escorted by one of our site agents will be directed to promptly leave the area.
