All standard equipment, work operations, safety equipment, personal protective equipment, and lighting required or mandated by State, Federal, OSHA, or Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations must be provided and used by Contractor and its employees.

3.3. Any spillage of hazardous chemicals and/or wastes caused by Contractor must be reported immediately to the proper authority and the Project Manager. All spills shall be cleaned up in accordance with all local, State, and Federal regulations. The cost of the cleanup of any spillage of hazardous chemicals caused by Contractor shall be the sole responsibility of Contractor and the County will share no responsibility for these costs....
