Connector Frontage Improvements. Property Owners shall irrevocably offer to dedicate to the County up to 100 feet of right- of-way east of the centerline of Grant Line Road to the satisfaction of the Department of Transportation. Property Owners shall install frontage improvements along Grant Line Road for the length of the Project’s frontage east of the centerline based on the Design Standards for the Connector. Alternatively, the Property Owners may install interim improvements to the satisfaction of the Department of Transportation. Frontage improvements shall be constructed for the full length between major intersections or up to the Project’s boundary at the earlier of the segment widening threshold or development of 50% (by total length of the associated frontage) of the parcels located immediately adjacent to the affected frontage. For instance, the entire frontage along Grant Line Road east of the centerline between Chrysanthy Boulevard and University Boulevard must be constructed once 50% of the Xxxxxxx Hills Project’s developable land frontage in this area is developed. This condition in no way precludes trigger conditions due to advancement of projects within the interior of the Xxxxxxx Hills Project Area. Cash-in- lieu of improvements may be considered as satisfying the frontage improvement requirement.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Tenant must also place any funds to cover the amount of any alterations, additions, improvements or construction in an escrow account approved by Landlord before the commencement of the work. Landlord shall designate the times and manner of the work being done, exclusively.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.
