Confirmation of Transactions. Each Transaction to be effectuated pursuant to this Agreement shall be evidenced by a written confirmation executed by each of Party A and Party B.
Confirmation of Transactions. On behalf of CUNA Brokerage and acting as agent for CUNA Brokerage, CMIS shall confirm all transactions required to be confirmed in the form and manner required by the 1934 Act, any regulations thereunder, and any FINRA rules.

Confirmation of Transactions. Transactions shall be created at the moment that the parties agree sufficient particulars for completion of a Confirmation. With respect to each Transaction entered into pursuant to this Agreement between Party A and Party B, Party A shall, on or promptly after the relevant Trade Date, send to Party B care of Party C a Confirmation confirming that Transaction and Party C shall on behalf of Party B promptly then confirm the accuracy of or request the correction of such Confirmation. Party C shall send to Party B a copy of such Confirmation.
Confirmation of Transactions a. You shall maintain a ledger of all my/our daily transactions and shall furnish me/us online through the internet Confirmation Receipts and Monthly Account Statements which shall replace the paper confirmation of purchases and sales and account statements as provided in Section 7 (Confirmation, Account Statements and Other Notices) of my/our signed Stock Trading Agreement.
Confirmation of Transactions. INSURANCE COMPANY shall provide that confirmations will be issued on behalf of BROKER/DEALER, acting as agent for INSURANCE COMPANY, regarding all transactions required to be confirmed, and in the form and manner required for such confirmations, under the ‘34 Act, any regulations thereunder, or by FINRA rules.
Confirmation of Transactions. The Fund Company shall transmit to the Broker-Dealer via Networking confirmation of all transactions and instructions transmitted by the Broker-Dealer to the Fund Company through Networking. The Fund Company shall not be responsible for transmitting such confirmations to any other Party.
Confirmation of Transactions. (i) Vanguard shall transmit to the Firm via the NETWORKING system confirmation of all transactions and instructions transmitted by the Firm to Vanguard through NETWORKING. Vanguard shall not be responsible for transmitting such confirmations to any other party, unless requested pursuant to Section 3(b)(iii)(2) or Section 3(b)(iv)(2) of this Agreement.
Confirmation of Transactions. 15.1. The Company undertakes to provide the Customer with the necessary reporting documents on the execution of its Orders. For this purpose, the Company provides the Customer with online access to the Customer Account through the Platform(s), where the Customer will be able to obtain the necessary information concerning requirements for reporting to the Customer.
