Consent to Recording. Each party hereto consents to the monitoring or recording, at any time and from time to time, by the other party of any and all communications between officers or employees of the parties, waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording, and agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring or recording.
Consent to Recording. Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel of the parties and their Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any potential transaction.
Consent to Recording. Each Fund and the Custodian hereby agree that each may electronically record all telephonic conversations between them and that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence in any proceedings relating to this Agreement.

To the extent that one party records telephone conversations (the “Recording Party”) and the other party does not (the “Non-Recording Party”), the Recording Party shall in the event of any dispute, make a complete and unedited copy of such party’s tape of the entire day’s conversations with the Non-Recording Party’s personnel available to the Non-Recording Party. The Recording Party’s tapes may be used by either party in any forum in which a dispute is sought to be resolved and the Recording Party will retain tapes for a consistent period of time in accordance with the Recording Party’s policy unless one party notifies the other that a particular transaction is under review and warrants further retention.
Consent to Recording. The phone lines used by the Trustee, the Creation and Redemption Agent, the Settlement Agent or their affiliated persons may be recorded, and the Authorized Participant hereby consents to the recording of all calls with any of those parties.

The phone lines used by the Trustee, the Custodian, the Sponsor and/or their affiliated persons may be recorded, and the Authorized Participant hereby consents to the recording of all calls with any of those parties. In the event that the Trustee, the Custodian, the Sponsor or any of their affiliated persons becomes legally compelled to disclose to any third party any recording involving communications with the Authorized Participant, the Sponsor agrees to provide the Authorized Participant with reasonable advance written notice identifying the recordings to be so disclosed unless prohibited by applicable rule, law or order, together with copies of such recordings, so that the Authorized Participant may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy with respect to the recordings or waive its right to do so. In the event that such protective order or other remedy is not obtained or the Authorized Participant waives its right to seek such protective order or remedy, the Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded the recorded conversation. The Trustee, the Sponsor or any of their affiliated persons shall not otherwise disclose to any third party any recording involving communications with the Authorized Participant without the Authorized Participant’s express written consent, except the Trustee and the Sponsor may disclose to any regulatory or self-regulatory organization, to the extent required by applicable rule or law, any recording involving communications with the Authorized Participant.
Consent to Recording. The parties agree that each party may electronically record all telephonic conversations between marketing and trading personnel in connection with this Agreement. Each party agrees to obtain any necessary consent of, and give any necessary notice of such recording, to, its relevant personnel.
Consent to Recording. Each party hereby consents to the electronic recording of the telephone conversations of officers, employees or agents of the parties, their Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any Transaction or potential Transaction and agrees that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence in any proceeding to establish any matters pertinent to this Agreement or any Transaction.
Consent to Recording. The Trust, on behalf of the Customer, and DBSI each consents to the electronic recording of any or all telephone conversations with the other party (without automatic tone warning device), the use of same as evidence by either party in any action or proceeding arising out of the Agreement and the recording party’s erasure, at its sole discretion, of any recording as part of its regular procedure for handling of recordings.
