Confirmation of Transactions. With respect to each Transaction entered into pursuant to this Agreement and for the purposes of Section 9(e)(ii), Party A will, on or promptly after the relevant Trade Date, send Party B a Confirmation confirming that Transaction and Party B (either itself or through the Manager) must promptly then confirm the accuracy of or request the correction of such Confirmation.
