- CONFERENCE LEAVES. Duly authorized delegates shall be given permission to attend district, state and national meetings which are affiliated with their parent organization, with no loss of pay or loss of personal business day(s), (not to exceed twenty (20) days per year). The Union will provide fourteen (14) days notice to the Superintendent or his/her designee prior to the use of conference leave.
