Comprehensive Reassessment. A systematic evaluation of the Participant’s care and service needs, as further described herein, that takes into consideration the last Comprehensive Assessment completed for the Participant. The systematic evaluation will be conducted using the UAS-NY or State-approved equivalent.

Comprehensive Reassessment. 249. Six years after the Appointment Date, the TCA shall conduct a comprehensive outcome assessment and review of requirements to determine whether and to what extent the outcomes intended by this Agreement have been achieved, and whether any modifications to the Agreement are necessary for continued achievement in light of changed circumstances or unanticipated impact (or lack of impact) of a requirement. This assessment also shall address areas of greatest achievement and the requirements that appear to have contributed to this success, as well as areas of greatest concern, including strategies for accelerating full and effective compliance. Based upon this comprehensive assessment, the TCA shall recommend modifications to the Agreement that are necessary to achieve and sustain intended outcomes. Where the Parties agree with the TCA’s recommendations, the Parties shall stipulate to modify the Agreement accordingly. This provision in no way diminishes the Parties’ ability to stipulate to modifications to this Agreement as set out in Paragraph 296, below. Nothing in this assessment shall empower the TCA to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement.

Two years and six months after the Effective Date, the Monitor will conduct a comprehensive outcome assessment to determine whether and to what extent the outcomes intended by this Agreement are being achieved, and whether any modifications to this Agreement are necessary for achievement in light of changed circumstances or unanticipated impact (or lack of impact) of the requirement. The Monitoring Plan will provide that this comprehensive outcome assessment will coincide with an annual outcome assessment as required in paragraph 367. This assessment also will address areas of greatest achievement and the requirements that appear to have contributed to this success, as well as areas of greatest concern, including strategies for accelerating Substantial and Effective Compliance. Based upon this comprehensive assessment, the Monitor will recommend any modifications to this Agreement necessary to achieve and sustain intended outcomes. Where the Parties agree with the Monitor’s recommendations, the Parties will move the Court to modify this Agreement accordingly. This provision in no way diminishes the Parties’ ability to stipulate to modifications to this Agreement as set out below. Nothing in this Assessment will enable the Monitor to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement.

  • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Comprehensive Agreement Clauses, written in simple and understandable language, cover all situations that may become issues between landlord and tenant.

Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.
