Compliance with Laws and Regulation. The Lessee shall comply with all laws and regulations of governmental entities, agencies or authorities having jurisdiction over the Premises and the uses made therein. The Lessee shall not permit a nuisance to exist on the leased Premises.
Compliance with Laws and Regulation. Each Party shall comply and shall ensure its employees, agents, personnel or representatives comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements of the relevant authorities, agencies or governmental bodies and shall obtain all applicable permits, licences and approvals relating thereto.

Compliance with Laws and Regulation. This Option and the obligations of the Corporation to sell and deliver Shares hereunder, shall be subject to all applicable Federal and state laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any government or regulatory agency as may be required.

Any sale, assignment, transfer, pledge, mortgage, encumbrance or other disposition of Shares issued upon exercise of your Options (whether directly or indirectly, whether or not for value, and whether or not voluntary) must be made in compliance with any applicable constitution, rule, regulation, or policy of any of the exchanges or associations or other institutions with which MSCI has membership or other privileges, and any applicable law, or applicable rule or regulation of any governmental agency, self-regulatory organization or state or federal regulatory body.

CPI has complied with all applicable statutes and regulations of any federal, state, or other applicable jurisdiction or agency thereof, except to the extent that noncompliance would not materially and adversely effect the business, operations, properties, assets, or condition of CPI or except to the extent that noncompliance would not result in the occurrence of any material liability, not otherwise disclosed to FSC.
Compliance with Laws and Regulation. 6.1 The Company has conducted its business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom or any foreign country and there is no violation of, or default with respect to, any statute, regulation, order, decree or judgment of any Court or any governmental agency of the United Kingdom or any foreign country which may have a material adverse effect upon the assets or business of the Company.
Compliance with Laws and Regulation. Licensee shall ensure that all Licensed Products are manufactured in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations pertaining the manufacture, sale, distribution, import or export of the Licensed Products, and any materials used in the manufacture thereof. The Licensee shall comply with all registration/qualification requirements in each jurisdiction in which the Licensed Products are manufactured, sold, distributed, imported or exported. The Licensee shall be solely responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and other fees due in connection with the manufacture, sale, distribution, export or import of the Licensed Products and the materials used in the manufacture thereof. Licensee shall promptly notify the Licensor, in writing, of any changes in any applicable laws, rules, regulations or registration/qualification requirements governing the manufacture, sale, distribution, import or export of the Licensed Products in any jurisdiction in which the Licensee manufactures, sells, distributes, imports or exports the Licensed Products or the materials used in the manufacture thereof.
Compliance with Laws and Regulation. To the best of the knowledge of RQS United, RQS United and Roshing have each complied with all applicable statutes and regulations of any governmental entity or agency thereof with jurisdiction over RQS United or over Roshing, except to the extent that noncompliance would not materially and adversely affect the business, operations, properties, assets, or condition of RQS United and Roshing.
