Compliance with Law and Contracts. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with and shall cause the Premises and Tenant's employees to comply with all governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations and ordinances applicable, at anytime during the Term, to the Premises or any part thereof, or Tenant's use and operation thereof, and any improvements or alterations in the Premises. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect of the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions affecting the Premises or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with and shall cause its use and occupancy of the Building and the Premises to comply with the terms of all licenses and approvals from any Governmental Authority and all state and local governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations, and ordinances affecting its obligations regarding the occupancy, use, maintenance or repair of the Building and the Premises or any part thereof, or the use thereof, at any time during the Term. Tenant shall likewise comply with all federal laws and regulations to the extent that they do not conflict with such state and local governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations, and ordinances. Landlord shall, at its own expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to its obligations in connection with the Building, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements, and restrictions of which it has notice affecting the Building or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof. Compliance with Law and Contracts. School is not in violation of any law, regulation or order, or of any note, contract, mortgage or other agreement, which violation could reasonably be expected to have a materially adverse effect on School’s financial condition, ability to operate, or ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions affecting the Premises or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof. Provided, however, Tenant shall not be responsible for any capital improvements to the Premises or any part thereof to comply with ADA unless such improvements are directly related to Tenant's use of the Premises or any part thereof. 30.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. The Borrower shall conduct its business in a manner that complies with all applicable Law. Borrower will not commit any default on its contractual obligations in any manner which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant’s Permitted Use shall be in full compliance, and Tenant and any assignee or subtenant of Tenant shall at all times comply with applicable statutory requirements and code regulations relating to the handling and disposal of medical, special or infectious waste and the certification, licensing, construction and operation of health facilities in accordance with the laws of the United States, the State of Colorado and applicable county and city zoning and other regulations. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions of which Tenant has notice affecting all or any portion of the Premises or the occupancy or use thereof.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. In commencing and completing the Work, Borrower shall comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders, building restrictions and requirements of, and all contracts with and commitments to, all governmental, judicial and legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Property or the Work, and with all recorded instruments, contracts, covenants and restrictions affecting the Property.

The District will faithfully comply with, keep, observe, and perform all valid and lawful obligations or regulations now or hereafter imposed on its operation of the Enterprises by contract, or prescribed by any law of the United States of America or of the State of California, or by any officer, board, or commission having jurisdiction or control.
