Recorded Instruments. As soon after the Closing as possible, Escrowholder shall deliver to Buyer the original recorded Deed, and shall deliver to Seller a copy of the recorded Deed, with recordation information noted thereon.
Recorded Instruments. The Mortgagor will promptly perform and observe, or cause to be performed and observed, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of all instruments of record affecting the Mortgaged Premises (other than non-consensual encumbrances hereafter affecting the Mortgaged Premises, the validity or enforceability of which the Mortgagor is contesting in accordance with this Mortgage) where non-compliance therewith affects the security of this Mortgage or imposes any duty or obligation upon the Mortgagor or any Space Tenant. The Mortgagor shall do or cause to be done all things reasonably required to preserve intact and unimpaired and to renew any and all rights-of-way, easements, grants, appurtenances, privileges, licenses, franchises and other interests and rights in favor of or constituting any portion of the Mortgaged Premises. The Mortgagor will not, without the prior written consent of the Mortgagee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, initiate, join in or consent to any private restrictive covenant or other public or private restriction as to the use of all or any portion of the Mortgaged Premises. The Mortgagor will, however, comply with all lawful restrictive covenants and zoning ordinances and other public or private restrictions affecting all or any portion of the Mortgaged Premises.
Recorded Instruments. The Mortgage has been properly recorded in the applicable jurisdiction and the assignment of Mortgage for each Mortgage Loan is in recordable form for the applicable jurisdiction and constitute the legal, valid and binding assignment of such Mortgage Loan. The full amount of the Mortgage has been recorded on each related Mortgaged Property, and all applicable mortgage recording taxes have been paid.

The Grantor shall, however, comply with all lawful restrictive covenants and zoning ordinances and shall remain in compliance with other public or private restrictions affecting the Mortgaged Premises to the extent required by the Credit Agreement.
Recorded Instruments. If any instrument of transfer contemplated herein shall be filed or recorded in any public record before the Closing Date and thereafter the transaction is not consummated, then at the request of Seller, Purchaser will deliver (or execute and deliver) such instruments and take such other action as Seller shall reasonably request to revoke such purported transfer and to record any additional transfers as are necessary to record property in the name of the Seller.
Recorded Instruments. In order to effect the subordination described in this Subordination Agreement, Junior Creditor and Senior Creditor agree to execute, acknowledge and deliver such other recordable agreements and instruments as may be reasonably necessary or desirable under the laws of the jurisdictions in which the Junior Collateral and/or the Senior Collateral is or may be located to give notice to third parties of this Subordination Agreement and to otherwise implement this Subordination Agreement.
