Compliance with Applicable Laws and Rules. The Applicant shall comply, and shall cause its vendor(s), guest(s) and invitee(s) to comply, with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances or other legal requirements while using the facilities and all rules adopted by the City for the use of its facilities and other public parks. The Applicant shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, personnel, agents, employees, insurers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and legal costs, resulting from any failure by the Applicant, its vendor(s), guest(s), and invitee(s), to comply with the terms of this Section.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Rules. No business or activity shall be conducted by the Company that is forbidden by or contrary to any applicable law or to the rules or regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder. If any of the terms, conditions or other provisions of this Agreement shall be in conflict with any thereof, such terms, conditions or other provisions shall be deemed modified so as to conform therewith.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Rules. The Customer must observe relevant laws and regulations of Mainland China and Hong Kong as well as the rules of the exchanges. The Customer must accept and agree the aforesaid and the risks related to China Connect, including but not limited to being liable or responsible for breaching the SSE Listing Rules, SSE Rules, SZSE Listing Rules, SZSE Rules and other applicable laws and regulations before giving instructions. Some of these rules are referred to below; detailed information on trading via China Connect can be referred to on HKEX or the Company website.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Rules. The Borrower will comply in all material respects with the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority.

Owners shall comply with all laws, orders and regulations of federal, state and municipal authorities, and with any lawful direction of any public officer, and shall follow such rules and regulations as set forth by the Grantors and any direction of Grantors' employees or agents with respect to the Owners' activities at the Wilderness Hotel & Resort and its Facilities and Golf Facilities.

The Applicant shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless CAFFM, its officers, shareholders, directors, members, personnel, agents, employees, insurers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, penalties and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and legal costs, resulting from any failure by the Applicant, its vendor(s), guest(s), and invitee(s), to comply with the terms of this Section.
