  • The Client agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all foreign ownership limits relating to any SZSE Securities in the Account or transactions concerning such SZSE Securities or foreign exchange control restrictions or requirements under the SZSE Listing Rules, SZSE Rules, Stock Connect Rules and any other Applicable Laws.

  • The decision to trade in China Connect Securities is the Client's and the Client should not trade in China Connect Securities unless the Client fully understands and is willing to assume the risks associated with China Connect (including prohibition of trading China Connect Securities, being liable or responsible for breaching the SSE Listing Rules, SSE Rules, SZSE Listing Rules, SZSE Rules and other Applicable Laws), and is able to comply with all relevant China Connect Laws and China Connect Rules.
