COMPLIANCE AND COMPLAINTS. Builders/Remodelers shall conform to the Consumer Assurance Program (CAP) standards issued by the YBA and shall build a quality product. The Association reserves the right to reject any Parade entry without cause and refund all fees. The Association further reserves the right (for cause) to reject any Parade entry, without refund. The Parade of Homes Committee will review any complaints or violations of this Contract. Determination of a violation by this Committee shall be final and binding upon the parties hereto.

COMPLIANCE AND COMPLAINTS. 4.1 If we find or suspect irregularities with the use of your Personal Budget, or if there is allegation of fraud or misuse of your Personal Budget, we may undertake an investigation. If an extended investigation is required we reserve the right to transfer the management of the Personal Budget to a third party or to the Council.

  • Feedback and Complaints 34.1. The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services shall rest with the Contractor.   • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible.

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance The Consultant shall perform all services and prepare documents in compliance with the applicable requirements of laws, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and standards.

  • Delays and Complaints Delivery delays and service complaints will be monitored on a continual basis. Documented inability to perform under the conditions of the contract, via the Complaint to Vendor process (PUR 7017 form) contemplated for this Contract, may result in default proceedings and cancellation.

  • Compliance Reviews The Department may conduct a compliance review of the Contractor’s security procedures before and during the Contract term to protect Confidential Information.
