COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND HOUSE RULES. As part of their obligations, the Resident agrees to adhere to and comply with all Community Standards and House Rules and all relevant policies and procedures of the University of Alberta, including but not limited to, the Code of Student Behaviour, the Application, the Information Technology Use and Management Policy, the Sexual Violence Policy, and the various policies, rules and regulations made from time to time by the Landlord (collectively the “Community Standards and House Rules”). The Community Standards and House Rules, as made, amended or supplemented by the Landlord from time to time, are incorporated by reference as part of this Residence Agreement and are enforceable as part of this Residence Agreement. By agreeing to this Residence Agreement, the Resident acknowledges that it is the Resident’s responsibility to become familiar with the Community Standards and House Rules, which are updated and published on the Residence Services website.

  • Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations The Dealer Manager represents to the Company that (a) it is a member of FINRA in good standing, and (b) it and its employees and representatives who will perform services hereunder have all required licenses and registrations to act under this Agreement.   • Privacy Act If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).
