Community Policies and Rules. Residents and all guests must comply with any written apartment rules and community policies. These rules are considered part of this Lease Contract and Owner may make reasonable changes to these written rules, effective immediately, if they are distributed and applicable to all units in the apartment community.

Community Policies and Rules. You and all guests and occupants must comply with any written community rules and policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any rules are considered part of this Lease Contract. We may make reasonable changes to written rules, effective immediately, if distributed and applicable to all units in the community. All lesees must abide by the rules of the property as outlined in the “Rules & Regulations” pamphlet which is included in your move in folder. A copy of the Rules & Regulations can be obtained by visiting our Rental Office or our website.
Community Policies and Rules. Tenants and Tenant guests must comply with any written property rules and policies, and any instructions for the care of the property. The property rules, policies and care use instructions are considered part of the lease contract. The Landlord may make reasonable changes to the rules, policies and care use instructions, effective immediately, if they are distributed and applicable to all units in the complex or a single family dwelling and do not change the amount of the lease payment. We may regulate the use of patios, porches and common areas. We may exclude from the property, to the extent permitted by statutes, guests or others who, in our judgment, have been violating the law, violating this Lease Contract or any property rules or policies, or disturbing other residents, neighbors, visitors, or owner representatives. We may also exclude from any outside area or common area to the extent permitted by statutes, a person who refuses to show photo identification or refuses to identify himself or herself as a resident, occupant, or guest of the Property. The Tenant agrees to notify the Landlord if the tenant or any occupants are convicted of any felony, or misdemeanor involving a controlled substance, violence to another person or destruction of property. The Tenant also agrees to notify us if the Tenant or any occupant registers as a sex offender in any state. Informing us of criminal convictions or sex offender registry does not waive our right to evict you.

  • Policies and Practices The employment relationship between the Parties shall be governed by this Agreement and the policies and practices established by the Company and the Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”). In the event that the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s policies or practices or the Company’s Employee Handbook, this Agreement shall control.
