COMMON BENEFIT. The PURCHASER shall observe and perform all the Rules and Regulations of the BYLAWS/Society and all additions, alterations or amendments thereof that may be made from time to time, for the purposes of protection and maintenance of the development and observance and performance of the rules and bye-laws of the Village Panchayat and other authorities. The PURCHASER shall also observe and perform all the covenants and conditions laid down, for the common benefit of all the PURCHASER/lessees, by the society regarding the occupation, use and transfer of the flat and shall pay and contribute regularly and punctually towards the taxes, expenses or other outgoings in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the BYLAWS and to the society. COMMON BENEFIT. The Parties hereto recognize that it is impracticable to make provisions for every contingency that may arise in the course of the performance of provisions hereof and accordingly declare their intention that this Agreement shall operate between them with fairness and good faith PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the obligations herein expected from each of the Parties hereto are reasonable and practicable. Both the Parties will act in good faith towards each other and not do anything which may cause any loss or damage to their reputation, or which may otherwise be detrimental to the other. During the Term and in consideration of the Fund, MMU shall in its best endeavour provide or make available the following publicity benefits to 123RF:-

The Allottee(s) shall also observe and perform all the covenants and conditions laid down for the common benefit of all the members of the Entity in respect of the occupation, use and transfer of the Apt. and shall pay and contribute regularly and punctually towards the taxes, expenses or other outgoings in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Entity Document(s) and the Sale Deed.

  • Retirement Benefit Should the Director still be in the Directorship ------------------ of the Association upon attainment of his 70th birthday, the Association will commence to pay him $590 per month for a continuous period of 120 months. In the event that the Director should die after becoming entitled to receive said monthly installments but before any or all of said installments have been paid, the Association will pay or will continue to pay said installments to such beneficiary or beneficiaries as the Director has directed by filing with the Association a notice in writing. In the event of the death of the last named beneficiary before all the unpaid payments have been made, the balance of any amount which remains unpaid at said death shall be commuted on the basis of 6 percent per annum compound interest and shall be paid in a single sum to the executor or administrator of the estate of the last named beneficiary to die. In the absence of any such beneficiary designation, any amount remaining unpaid at the Director's death shall be commuted on the basis of 6 percent per annum compound interest and shall be paid in a single sum to the executor or administrator of the Director's estate.

  • Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

  • Basic Benefit Effective January 1, 2008, the basic life insurance benefit will be increased from $15,000 to $18,000 for employees. This shall be the default level of life insurance coverage, which shall be provided at no cost to the employee.

  • Survivor Benefit Upon the death of a regular employee who leaves a spouse and/or dependants enrolled in the Medical Services Plan, Dental Plan and Extended Health Benefit Plan, such enrolment may continue for twelve (12) months following the employee’s death, provided the enrolled family members pay the employee’s share of the cost of the premium for the plans. The Employer shall advise the survivor of this benefit.

  • Dental Benefit (1) A confirmed staff shall be eligible for reimbursement of expenses incurred for restorative and preventive dental treatment up to $150 per calendar year.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Post-Retirement Benefits The present value of the expected cost of post-retirement medical and insurance benefits payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to its employees and former employees, as estimated by the Borrower in accordance with procedures and assumptions deemed reasonable by the Required Lenders is zero.
