Common use of Collective Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Unit. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Association as the exclusive representative (for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rate of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement) of all employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below:

Collective Bargaining Unit. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 336 of the Public Acts of 1947, as amended by Act 3 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Association Union as the exclusive representative (for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rate of pay, wages, hours of employment, for terms and other conditions of employment for the term of as defined in this Agreement) of all employees of the Employer agreement. Employees included in the bargaining unit and subject to the conditions of the Agreement are limited to the positions described below:
