Common use of Collective Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Unit. The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, as defined in Act No. 336, State of Michigan Public Acts of 1947, as amended, for all the employees employed by the City in the following described unit: All Captains in the Police Department of the City, excluding Clerks, Sergeants, Chief of Police, Patrol Officers and all other employees.
