Common use of Collective Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or other conditions of employment in the following bargaining unit: All full-time and regular part-time aides, paraprofessionals and hall monitors and office/clerical employees employed by the Employer, excluding supervisors, substitutes, confidential employees and all other employees.

Collective Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining representative with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or employment, and other conditions of employment for all employees employed by the Employer who are included in the following bargaining unit: All full-time and regular part-time aidesemployees of the Seventy-Fourth Judicial District Court, paraprofessionals BUT EXCLUDING Elected Officials, Magistrates, Probation Officers, temporary and hall monitors and officeseasonal employees, confidential employees, Court Recorders/clerical employees employed by the EmployerReporters, excluding supervisors, substitutes, confidential employees and all other employees.
