Common use of Collective Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Unit. The Employer hereby agrees to recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for all employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below: All full-time and regular part-time bus drivers, dispatchers, and mechanics employed by Antrim County Transportation, BUT EXCLUDING manager, assistant manager, clerical employees, and all other employees.

Collective Bargaining Unit. The Employer does hereby agrees to recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer included in the following bargaining unit described belowunit: All part-time employees and all full-time and regular part-time bus drivers, dispatchers, and mechanics employees employed by Antrim the Cheboygan County TransportationBoard of Commissioners, BUT EXCLUDING manager, assistant manager, clerical excluding Sheriff's Department employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees, elected officials, Commissioners and all other employeessupervisors as defined in the Act.
