COLLECTION OF EXPENSES. You agree to pay all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by E-ZPass Maryland and all entities providing E-ZPass services to collect any funds, including CCU and MVA fees, due under the terms of this Agreement.

You agree to pay all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by the JOINT BOARD, its member agencies and PARTNER FACILITIES for services to collect any amounts due and owing, including collection agency costs, fees imposed by agencies responsible for registering vehicles, and any other charges due under the terms of this AGREEMENT.

In the event that LESSEE/TENANT should fail to pay any rent, fees or charges owed to LESSOR/LANDLORD, or to comply with any of the other covenants or conditions of this lease or of the Rules and Regulations governing tenancy, or to default on the terms of this lease agreement in any way, if action should be brought or notice served on account thereof to enforce the payment or rent herein, or to recover possession of the premises, or to enforce any provision of this lease, or to obtain damages, LESSEE/TENANT AGREES TO PAY LESSOR/LANDLORD REASONABLE COSTS AND EXPENSES IN SAID ACTION OR FOR SAID NOTICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, COLLECTION FEES, PROCESS SERVICE FEES, ETC., WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACTION PROCEEDS TO JUDGMENT.

You agree to inform E-ZPass of any changes to the information pro- vided by you in your Application, such as: • Address, • Vehicle information, • Credit card account status (i.e., closed account, maximum credit use), • Expiration date of credit card account, or • Payment method. $ NON-DISCLOSURE E-ZPass respects the privacy of all Account holders. Likewise, the expenses incurred in collecting unpaid amounts required to be paid pursuant to Article II above and this Article III with respect to Commercial Property 2, including interest, costs and attorneys' fees and advances for taxes and other liens, to protect the lien shall be chargeable to MM when in default and shall be secured by the lien on Commercial Property 2. No Owner may waive or otherwise escape liability for the payment obligations set forth in Article II above and this Article III by nonuse of the easements created herein, or by abandonment of its Property.
