Club Recreational Benefits. For the period of time specified in Section 3 (the “Term”) and subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Purchaser shall have the following benefits: Winter Benefits for # individuals • ski lift passes • complimentary daily use of the Courtside enclosed swimming pool and adjoining locker room • 10 percent discount off regularly priced daily and weekly rates at Treasure’s Nursery • 1/3 discount off published rates for Discovery, Trail Blazers, Adventure, Notch Squad and Explorer Camps, group ski/snowboard equipment and lessons. • the greater of (x) a 20 percent discount off all regularly priced merchandise or (y) any larger discount offered during sale periods at the Ski and Sport Shop • complimentary use of the current Fun Zone when available to the general public • after the owner has utilized all pre-purchased benefits, all guests staying with the owner will receive a 1/3 discount on lift tickets during the owner’s Fixed Week or Floating Week and will be eligible to use the Recreation Facilities Summer Benefits for # individuals • free summer benefit passes • complimentary use of the existing ten outdoor tennis courts • complimentary daily use of the Courtside swimming pool/whirlpool, adjoining locker room and Flume Waterslide • complimentary use of the Giant Rapid River Ride, Mountainside pool area, Rumrunner area and Notchville Park area • the greater of (x) a 20 percent discount off all regularly priced merchandise or (y) any larger discount offered during sale periods at the Ski and Sport Shop • complimentary use of the current Fun Zone when available to the general public • complimentary participation in all existing programs (Discovery, Trail Blazers, Adventure, Notch Squad and Explorer) offered from time to time for children over three years to full-paying retail guests at the Resort (but excluding overnight camps and lunches) • 1/3 off all existing specialty camp programs offered from time to time for children over three years to full paying retail guests at the Resort (but excluding overnight camps and lunches) • complimentary organized hikes when offered to full-paying retail guests at the Resort • 1/3 off group tennis lessons when offered to full-paying retail guests at the Resort • complimentary participation in existing group recreational and instructional programs offered complimentary to full-paying retail guests at the Resort • complimentary use of the existing nine hole miniature golf course • 10 percent discount off reg...

  • Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.

  • Additional Benefits During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to the following fringe benefits:

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • General Benefits During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

  • Optional Benefits Optional Group Life Insurance This plan is available on an optional, employee-pay-all basis and you may apply to purchase additional group life insurance coverage for you and/or your spouse. Coverage is available from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000 in increments of $10,000.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Standard Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs, including paid vacations, generally available to other similarly situated Company executives, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.
