Pool Area definition
Pool Area means that portion of the swimming pool area enclosed inside chain link fencing, exclusive of the Bathhouse.
Pool Area means any area located within the fenced perimeter of the pool to include but not limited to the pool deck. The pool deck will define this area for facilities which do not have a perimeter fence. Where a fence is not required the pool area will include but not be limited to the pool deck.
Pool Area means a pool and any surrounding platforms, walkways, play areas and landscaped areas within a pool fence;

Resident agrees to adhere to all County, State, and Federal laws and ordinances while using the Pool Area, including noise ordinances and laws regarding alcoholic beverages and drugs.
If guests smoke outside the Pool Area (on porches/grounds, etc.), cigarette and/or cigar butts must be disposed of properly.
Resident acknowledges that he/she is required to leave the Pool Area in neat, clean, and undamaged condition immediately following the Event.
Resident understands and agrees that a minimum fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning if the Pool Area is not in the same condition as prior to his/her use of the same.
Decorations may not be attached to the exterior walls of the Clubhouse or other structures in the Pool Area.
More Definitions of Pool Area
Pool Area means a pool(s) and all decks, grounds, and other areas located within the perimeter enclosure.
Pool Area means, for outdoor pools, the area within the pool enclosure and, for indoor pools, the pool including the required deck area.
Pool Area means the swimming pool, pool house, bathrooms and surrounding area inside the perimeter fence surrounding the Pool.
Pool Area means any swimming and wading pools and spas and all buildings, structures, fittings, fixtures, machinery, chattels, furniture and equipment forming part of or used in connection with such swimming and wading pools and spas which are local government property;
Pool Area means the interior of the fenced area around a swimming pool including the swimming pool itself and also the interior of all toilets, bathhouses, equipment enclosure, and chemical enclosures associated with the swimming pool.
Pool Area means and include all of the Weddington Ridge Homeowners Associations, Inc’s: (i) swimming pool structures located within the Association designed to hold and/or access water to enable swimming or other leisure activities; the swimming pool water and water level; the swimming pool drains, inlets, outlets, skimmers, filters, piping, pumps and any other swimming pool part or equipment in any way related to swimming pools; the swimming pool ladders, steps and other means of swimming pool ingress, egress or regress; the swimming pool decks and patio surface areas around the swimming pools and patios; the swimming pool water treatment and chemicals (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Pool”); (ii) the Pool fencing and all areas lying within the Pool fencing; and (iii) the Weddington Ridge Clubhouse (“Clubhouse”) and all walkways, parking lots, concessions and any other areas appurtenant to the Pool and Pool Area or where any Pool or Pool Area related activity shall take place
Pool Area is herein defined as including but not limited to: (i) the swimming pool structure located within the Association designed to hold water to enable swimming or other leisure activities; the Pool water and water level; the Pool drains, inlets, outlets, skimmers, filters, piping, pumps and any other Pool part or Pool equipment; the Pool ladders steps and other means of Pool ingress, egress or regress; the Pool deck and patio surface areas around the pool and patio; the Pool water treatment (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Pool”); (ii) the Pool fencing and all areas lying within the Pool fencing; and (iii) all walkways, parking lots, concessions and any other areas appurtenant to any area where any Pool or Pool area related activity shall take place), or being permitted to participate in any activity in or upon the Pool or Pool Area, EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself/herself, and for and on behalf of his/her children, family, guests, invitees, and for and on behalf of each of their respective personal representatives, estate administrators, executors, executrix, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents as follows:
