City as Additional Insured. The City of Seattle shall be included as an additional insured under CGL and Automobile Liability insurance for primary and non-contributory limits of liability.
City as Additional Insured. The City, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers are to be covered as insureds as respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Contractor; products and completed operations of the Contractor, premises owned, occupied or used by the Contractor, or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of the protection afforded to the City, its officers, officials, employees or volunteers.
City as Additional Insured. On Consultant's Commercial General Liability and Automobile policies, the City, its Council members, officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers, shall be named as additional insured's, but only with respect to liability arising out of the activities of the named insured. Any endorsement shall be provided using one of the following three options: (i) on ISO form CG 20 10 1 1 85; or (ii) on ISO form CG 20 37 10 01 plus either ISO form CG 20 10 10 01 or CG 20 33 10 01; or (iii) on such other forms which provide coverage at least equal to or better than form CG 20 10 1 1 85.
City as Additional Insured. The City shall be named as additional insured for ongoing and completed operations for up to two (2) years on the Contractor's and any subcontractor's policies for any claims arising out of the Work. Contractor shall provide the City with a Certificate of Insurance and endorsements naming the City as an additional insured and giving the City the promise of a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation or intent not to renew the insurance. Unless precluded by law, all policies must waive the right to recovery or subrogation against the City, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives. The coverage available to the City as an additional insured shall not be less than the limits set forth in this section and shall apply as primary and non-contributory insurance with respect to any other insurance afforded to the City through its own carrier or otherwise.

The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of the protection afforded to the City, its officers, officials, employees, agents or volunteers. (NOTE: additional insured language on the Certificate of Insurance is NOT acceptable without a separate endorsement such as Form CG 20 10.)
City as Additional Insured. The City shall be named as an additional insured in each general liability policy and as an additional insured and loss payee in each property insurance policy. Such insurance shall provide cross-liability coverage equivalent to the standard Separation of Insured’s clause published by the Insurance Services Offices or a successor organization. Concessionaire shall supply the City with certification from the insurance carrier that the City is so named. Each such policy or certificate shall further provide that any coverage afforded the City as additional insured shall apply as primary insurance and other insurance issued to the City shall apply as excess and non-contributing insurance, and will not require any contribution from any insurance or self-insurance carried by the City.
City as Additional Insured. CITY shall be listed as an additional insured on all insurance coverages required by this AGREEMENT, except Worker’s Compensation and Professional Liability errors and omissions insurance. Furthermore, all other insurance policies pertaining to the Services to be performed under this AGREEMENT shall memorialize that the DESIGN-BUILDER or the DESIGN-BUILDER’s subcontractors, or all of these entities’ (“Primary Insureds”) insurance, shall apply on a primary basis, and that any other insurance maintained by CITY shall be in excess of and shall not contribute to or be commingled with the Primary Insureds’ insurance. Where CITY has been named as an additional insured, the DESIGN-BUILDER shall include the provisions of this Subsection in its subcontractors’ at all tiers contracts and the Primary Insureds’ insurance shall contain a severability of interest provision stating that, except with respect to total limits of liability, all insurance shall apply separately to each Primary Insured or the additional insured in the same manner as if separate policies had been issued to each.
