CISCO RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. For each End User to which Integrator resells Cisco brand services, Cisco will provide, in accordance with the following terms and conditions, Services directly to Integrator’s End User as described herein.
CISCO RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 Cisco will make available the Software and Services listed at the Program Website for purchase and resale, as applicable, by Participant under the Program. Software and Services are subject to Participant eligibility and any availability limitations specified in the applicable Offer Description. For any Cisco Branded Services provided by Cisco directly to End User, Cisco shall perform the Services on behalf of Participant, acting as Participant’s subcontractor.

Unless specified otherwise, the following services, are provided solely to Distributor as backup to its technical support staff. Cisco shall have no obligation to furnish any assistance, information or documentation to Customers with respect to the Product.

In consideration of the Services ordered under this Attachment and Service fees paid by Integrator, Cisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Services either to the Integrator, or, directly to Integrator’s End User and on behalf of the Integrator in accordance with the following.
