CCO Access Clause Samples
The CCO Access clause grants designated individuals or entities, typically the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the right to access certain information, records, or premises relevant to compliance oversight. In practice, this may involve allowing the CCO to review documents, monitor activities, or conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulatory or internal standards. The core function of this clause is to facilitate effective compliance monitoring and enforcement, thereby helping organizations identify and address potential compliance issues proactively.
CCO Access. Cisco will provide an appropriate level of partner access to CCO. This system provides Integrator with technical and general information on Products.
CCO Access. Cisco will provide an appropriate level of Integrator access to CCO. CCO is available to End Users upon approval by Integrator pursuant to the process in Appendix B ("Partner Initiated Customer Access" "PICA").
CCO Access. Integrator will administer CCO access for its employees including disabling CCO access upon employee termination. Additionally, Integrator will be responsible for administering and authorizing registered End-User access to CCO pursuant to the process in Appendix B. In no event shall Integrator disclose its level of CCO access information.
