CHARACTERISTIC ATTRIBUTES. The NPCC Regional Reliability Standards Development Procedure is: • Open — The NPCC Regional Reliability Standards Development Procedure provides any person the ability to participate in the development of a standard. Any entity that is directly and materially affected by the reliability of the NPCC’s bulk power system has the ability to participate in the development and approval of reliability standards. There a re no undue f inancial b arriers t o p articipation. P articipation i n t he ope n comment pr ocess i s not c onditional upon m embership i n t he E RO, N PCC or a ny organization, and participation is not unreasonably restricted on the basis of technical qualifications or ot her s uch r equirements. N PCC ut ilizes a w ebsite t o a ccomplish this. O nline posting and review of standards and the real time sharing of comments uploaded to the website allow complete transparency. • Inclusive — The NPCC R egional R eliability Standards D evelopment P rocedure provides a ny p erson w ith a d irect a nd ma terial in terest th e r ight to p articipate b y expressing a n opi nion a nd i ts ba sis, ha ve t hat position c onsidered, a nd a ppealed through an established appeals process if adversely affected. • Balanced — The NPCC Regional Reliability Standards Development Procedure has a balance of interests and all those entities that are directly and materially affected by the reliability of the NPCC’s bulk power system are welcome to participate and shall not be dominated by any two interest categories and no s xxxxx interest category shall be ab le x x x efeat a m atter. T his w ill b e acco mplished t hrough t he N PCC B ylaws defining eight sectors (categories) for voting. • Fair Due ProcessThe N PCC R egional Reliability S tandards D evelopment Procedure provides for reasonable notice and opportunity for public comment. T he procedure includes public notice of the intent to develop a standard, a 45 calendar day public c omment pe riod on t he p roposed s tandard r equest, o r s tandard w ith due consideration of t hose publ ic c omments, a nd r esponses t o t hose c omments w ill be posted on the NPCC website. A final draft will be posted for a 30 calendar day pre- balloting period, a nd t hen a ba llot of N PCC Members w ill be c onducted.   • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014. Approximately 77.89% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.11% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.989%. The last scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due not later than September 2014. Approximately 98.98% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 1.02% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Individual Characteristics Each Receivable has the following individual characteristics as of the Cut-Off Date:

  • Green Attributes Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer as part of the Product being delivered. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Green Attributes from the Project, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the Project.

  • Pool Characteristics The Mortgage Loans in the related Mortgage Loan Package have the characteristics as set forth on Exhibit 2 to the related Assignment and Conveyance.

  • Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The Optional Daily Usage File will be distributed to <<customer_name>> via an agreed medium with CONNECT:Direct being the preferred transport method. The Daily Usage Feed will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the Daily Usage Feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.
