OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT. The proposed consent order has been placed on the public record for sixty (60) days for receipt of comments by interested persons. Comments received during this period will become part of the public record. After sixty days, the Commission will again review the agreement and the comments received and will decide whether it should withdraw from the agreement or make final the agreement's proposed consent order.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT. At each regular meeting, the Board will hear public comments, designated as “Items from the Public”, on any subject matter within the jurisdiction of the Board and which is not an item on the agenda. The public will be offered an opportunity to speak on all items on the agenda.
