CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ACADEMY. The characteristics of the Academy set down in Section 1(6) of the Academies Xxx 0000, are that: the school has a curriculum satisfying the requirements of section 78 of EA 2002 (balanced and broadly based curriculum) if the school provides secondary education, its curriculum for the secondary education has an emphasis on a particular subject area, or particular subject areas, specified in the Agreement; the school provides education for pupils of different abilities1 the school provides education for pupils who are wholly or mainly drawn from the area in which the school is situated.

  • Where the Academy Trust acquires assets for a nil consideration or at an under value it shall be treated for the purpose of this Agreement as having incurred expenditure equal to the market value of those assets at the time that they were acquired. This provision shall not apply to assets transferred to the Academy Trust at nil or nominal consideration and which were previously used for the purposes of an Academy and/or were transferred from an LA, the value of which assets shall be disregarded.

  • Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The Optional Daily Usage File will be distributed to <<customer_name>> via an agreed medium with CONNECT:Direct being the preferred transport method. The Daily Usage Feed will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the Daily Usage Feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The ODUF will be distributed to NGTelecom via CONNECT:Direct or Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or another mutually agreed medium. The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.
