Development Procedure. (1) This Agreement is not a franchise for the operation of Burger King Outlets, but is intended by the Parties to set forth the terms and conditions which, if fully satisfied, entitle the Developer to individual franchises for each Outlet to be developed under this Agreement, and to call for franchises to be granted to Controlled Subsidiaries, and further entitles the Developer to grant sub-franchises in the Territory.
Development Procedure. The Parties shall, in the pursuance of Section 1.), conform to the following procedure in the sequence indicated:
Development Procedure. Each It's About Games(TM) Store to be developed pursuant to this Agreement will be governed by the terms of the Franchise Agreement executed or to be executed by Franchisor and Franchisee for such Store. Franchisee will not develop any It's About Games(TM) Store at any site which Franchisor has not evaluated in writing or for which there is no Franchise Agreement between the parties. Subject only to Franchisor's evaluation of a proposed site (which evaluation is not a guaranty that the proposed site will be successful), Franchisee is solely responsible for locating and securing acceptable sites. If Franchisee fails to provide Franchisor with an executed Franchise Agreement before Franchisee commences construction or leasehold improvements on the premises for a Store, Franchisee will be in default under this Agreement and Franchisor may terminate this Agreement under Section 7 below.

Development Procedure. Throughout a Development Period, the parties will have the following rights and responsibilities:

Carrols must apply for and meet BKC’s current operational, financial, credit, legal and other criteria for developing and operating a new Restaurant (hereinafter referred to as “Franchise Approval”) applicable to all U.S. franchisees of BKC for Restaurants (“BKC Franchisees”). Carrols understands and accepts that BKC may change its criteria for Franchise Approval as it applies to all BKC Franchisees during the term of this Agreement.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in ▇▇▇▇▇, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection ▇▇▇▇▇; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Development Diligence Pfizer will use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and seek Regulatory Approval for one Product in the Field in [***]. Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Development or Regulatory Approval of Products under this Agreement.
