Changes to Operations Manual. The Franchisor reserves the right to revise the Operations Manual from time to time as it deems necessary to update or change operating and marketing techniques, standards and specifications for all components of the Licensed Methods and approved Factory Candy, Items and Store Candy offered by Stores. The Franchisee, within 30 days of receiving any updated information, shall in turn update its copy of the Operations Manual as instructed by the Franchisor and shall conform its operations with the updated provisions within a reasonable time after receipt of such updated information. The Franchisee acknowledges that a master copy of the Operations Manual maintained by the Franchisor at its principal office shall be controlling in the event of a dispute relative to the content of any Operations Manual.

  • Operations Manual AmericaTowne agrees to share with the Licensee one or more manuals, technical bulletins and other written materials (collectively referred to as "Operations Manual") covering ordering of supplies, manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques. The Licensee agrees to use the Licensed Methods only as specified in the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual is the sole property of AmericaTowne and shall be used by the Licensee only during the term of this Agreement and in strict accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. The Licensee shall not duplicate the Operations Manual or disclose its contents to persons other than its employees or officers who have signed a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Licensee shall return the Operations Manual to AmericaTowne upon the expiration, termination or transfer of this Agreement.   • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the Parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the Parties. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Cardinal Health, whether requested by Reliant or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the Parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change.   • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release.
