Changes of Class Hours or Classrooms or Examination Times. Faculty members are not authorized to change hours of classes or rooms assigned without the written approval of the appropriate Xxxx. Nor should the faculty member announce such changes to the students prior to receiving approval from the proper authorities. The Registrar, after receiving information of all changes in class hours and classrooms approved by the Xxxx, has the responsibility for effecting such changes and informing those concerned. When semester exams are given, they must be administered according to the published schedule. Any exceptions must be obtained in writing beforehand from the Xxxx.
