Change of Contact Information. Either party may change the information 2 in section 5.1 by giving notice as provided in Section 5.3.

If any Statement is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may stop sending Statements to you until a valid address is provided to us, but for all purposes it shall be considered as if we made your Statement available to you as of the Statement date that was or would have been printed on your Statement.
Change of Contact Information. The Qualified Organization shall notify APD and clients served of any change of name, physical address, mailing address, phone number, email address, or any other contact information within seven (7) calendar days of the change.
