CHANGE CONTROL NOTE ("CCN a) Change requests in respect of the MSA, the Project Implementation, or the Operation and Management SLA will emanate from the Parties' respective Project Manager who will be responsible for obtaining approval for the change and who will act as its sponsor throughout the Change Control Process and will complete Part A of the CCN attached as hereto. CCNs will be presented to the other Party's Project Manager who will acknowledge receipt by signature of the CCN.
