CDCR Training for Xxxx 00 Employees. The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) recognizes the need to provide information necessary for the personal protection of its employees, taking into consideration the various work environments and the inherent risks of various job assignments. Upon request of the UAPD, a local Warden or Health Care Manager (HCM) or designee will meet with the UAPD regarding the safety concerns of the union. The UAPD and CDCR representatives will identify available self-protection training materials. Based on CDCR resources currently available for this purpose, the CDCR and UAPD representatives will develop and implement a safety training program which addresses the UAPD's safety issues.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
