Cancellations, Amendments or Recalls. You may cancel or amend a funds transfer request only if the Credit Union receives your request prior to the execution of the funds transfer request and at a time that provides the Credit Union with a reasonable opportunity to act upon that request. The Credit Union shall not be liable to you for any loss resulting from the failure of the beneficiary bank to agree to a recall or amendment of your funds transfer request. You further agree that the Credit Union shall not be responsible for any delay, or failure to execute your funds transfer request due to circumstances beyond the Credit Union’s reasonable control - including, without limitation, any inaccuracy, interruption, delay in transmission, or failure in the means of transmission of your funds transfer request to the bank or execution of such request by the bank, whether caused by strikes, power failures, equipment malfunctions, or acts or omissions of any intermediary bank or beneficiary bank.

Cancellations, Amendments or Recalls of a Transfer Request You may cancel or amend an ACH or External Transfer request only if UNFCU receives your request prior to the initiation of the ACH transfer into the recipient’s account and at a time that provides UNFCU with a reasonable opportunity to act upon that request. Although we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we will have no liability for failing to do so. If your request to cancel or amend a UNFCU ACH is received after such transfer has been processed by UNFCU, you understand and agree that your request to stop payment, recall or amend your UNFCU ACH will be effective only with the voluntary consent of the receiving financial institution. If the receiving financial institution confirms that the funds are returnable and agrees to do so, once the funds are returned to you, UNFCU will return the funds to your UNFCU account. The amount that is returned to you may be less than you originally transferred because the entire amount transferred may not be available for return, and/or service charges of the receiving bank.   • Cancellations and Refunds Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.

Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Bank in writing, or by cable or telephone confirmed in writing.

  • CERTAIN CANCELLATIONS PROHIBITED The Student may not cancel the third (summer) semester of three semester agreements during the first semester (fall) without also cancelling the spring portion of the agreement. Requests to cancel only the summer portion of a three semester agreement received prior to the first day of spring move in shall be treated as if submitted on the first day of spring move in for the purpose of determining applicable cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation of the Contract You are responsible for paying the full Contract Rate for the entire Contract Period, unless the Contract is canceled in accordance with one of the provisions below.
