Means of Transmission i. The Parties will transmit EDI Data directly to one another or through a service provider agreed to in writing by the Parties. Each Party will be solely responsible for the cost and expenses of any provider with which it contracts;
Means of Transmission. As contemplated in Appendix D, each Participant may utilize such methods as may be provided by the Plan Processor and approved by the Operating Committee to transmit Participant Data to the Central Repository.
