Assignment Process. The Director of Labor Relations or his/her successor will assign a University Chief Human Resource Officer, who may appoint a designee, to conduct a Step 3 meeting, or to review the record where no meeting is requested, and render a written response that provides a rationale for the denial or acceptance of the grievance or appeal within the time limits proscribed in this Article. Assignment of a University Chief Human Resource Officer will be on the following rotating basis: Eastern Oregon University, Oregon Institute of Technology, Oregon State University, Portland State University, Southern Oregon University, University of Oregon, and Western Oregon University. No University Chief Human Resource Officer will be assigned to process a Step 3 appeal or grievance involving his or her University and, therefore, he or she will be skipped over in the event that he or she would have been assigned based on the rotating assignment above.

Assignment priority is based on date of receipt of the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing Application and the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing Contract along with the required prepaid rental and application fee.

Specific Units are not guaranteed prior to Check-in. University Housing prioritizes the assignment of Family Housing Units to students with the highest number of family members residing together.

The Board will create a transparent need-based formula that will determine the superintendent assignments for Centrally-Funded Attendance Teachers that may consider various data points including but not limited to number and percentage of chronically absent students, overall attendance, and other available supports at schools (e.g., community schools). Each spring the Board will review Centrally-Funded Attendance Teachers’ assignments and adjust the assignments for the subsequent school year based on the application of the formula. Superintendents will then determine the alignment of their assigned centrally funded Attendance Teachers to schools in their portfolio.

Assignment priority is based on the date of receipt of the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing and Residence Life Application and the Contract along with the required prepaid rental and application fees for the following classifications: new first-year students who matriculate to Georgia Institute of Technology Summer 2020, Fall, 2020 or Spring 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “First-Year Students”), new transfer students and new graduate students and the Application Selection Process (for all other students applying for housing).
Assignment Process. Unit assignments are based upon date of application and eligibility requirements and are at the sole discretion of the Landlord. This Rental Agreement is not assignable without the written consent of Landlord; this Rental Agreement shall be voidable at the option of Landlord should an assignment take place without the Landlord's written consent. This Rental Agreement and the laws, rules, policies and documents referenced therein, are the entire agreement between the parties, and no amendments thereto are binding unless signed by both parties. Specific units are not guaranteed prior to check-in.
Assignment Process. All residents must be admitted to the University for assignment eligibility and enroll and maintain at least six (6) credit hours. New residents: will complete the online housing application, contract and submit payment for the non-refundable housing processing fee. New residents that apply before the end of the priority window will then be given a designated time slot to participate in the online room selection process. Any new resident who does not participate in the online room selection process will be assigned based on housing application completion date and space availability after all selection windows have closed. Current residents: will participate in the online room selection process during their designated time slot. Current residents must renew their housing contract by the end of the priority window to qualify for the online room selection process. Any current resident that does not participate in online room selection process will be assigned based on housing application completion date and space availability after all selection windows have closed.
Assignment Process. Riot will assign new subscribers to you via the Riot Platform. Once a subscriber is assigned to you, you agree to complete the Services with respect to that subscriber in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to keep Riot informed of your availability to take new assignments. You will notify Riot at least seven (7) days prior to any change in your availability (e.g., vacations), except in the case of an emergency, in which case you will notify Riot as soon as possible. Riot provides no guarantees as to the amount of Services it will assign to you.
