(a) The Employer agrees to contribute to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan one dollar and thirteen cents ($1.13) per hour for all hours paid by the Employer to members of the bargaining unit. Hours paid shall include hours worked, vacation, general holidays, sick days, jury duty, bereavement leave, paid time off for negotiations, up to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week.
