The "By the User" clause defines the rights and responsibilities of the user in relation to the agreement or service. By the User. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Programs and notifying Fintown in writing.
By the User. The User represents and warrants that (i) the User owns or otherwise has and will maintain the necessary rights and consents in and relating to the User Data so that, as received, accessed and/or processed by Feldera in accordance with the Agreement, the User Data do not and will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of the User or any third party or violate any applicable law; and (ii) it has all of the rights, licenses, authorizations, consents and other approvals necessary to allow Feldera to integrate or interface the Services with any User system or any third-party product, service or system.
By the User. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application and all of its associated Features or updates from all of User’s Equipment.
