Proof of Compliance. Contractor shall provide the Board with all of the following: 1) proof that a valid occupancy permit for school usage has been obtained; 2) proof that an Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Management Plan has been completed, 3) Contracted Program Annual Budget for 2020-2021, 4) Program Annual Budget Expenditures Report for 2019-2020, if Contractor was under contract with MPS during that period, 5) proof of all insurance required under this Contract, 6) Contractor’s 2020-2021 calendar for the Educational Program, and 7) all other items required and set forth in the Contract Compliance Checklist attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Appendix K.

Proof of Compliance. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord at least fifteen (15) days before the date when any tax, assessment or charge would become delinquent, receipts or other appropriate evidence establishing their payment. Tenant may comply with this requirement by retaining a tax service to notify Landlord when the taxes have been paid.
Proof of Compliance. Upon their payment, each party will furnish evidence satisfactory to the other documenting the payment of all Taxes, assessments, and charges paid by such party as required or permitted by the provisions of this Lease. A photocopy of a paid receipt for such charges showing payment prior to the due date shall be the usual method of furnishing such evidence.
